Having seen the Tibetan market and shopping the worthwhile winter wears and traditional Nainital products its time for some rest and have a breaking at The Sonam fast food momos, however, the name is Sonam fast food momos only but I feel like putting up the Sonam as I feel this is someplace to be honoured for introducing the ancient Tibetan delicacy back in the ’80s by Sonam uncle and gifting Nainital with the pocket friendly and very tasty some of the dumplings.
All the foodies out there here is a chance to have the best of all time mouth-watering mutton momos along with dry thupka which is available in both veg and nonveg variants. Although it is one of the most popular Tibetan delicacies but here at Nainital, it looks like it has become the staple food for all as the taste is just out of the world and a must-try for any food lover. I just can’t have enough of it every time I visit Nainital or maybe it has become one of the reasons for me to be at Nainital as I am one big momos fan?
This eatery is on the right side of the cosy roadside of the Tibetan market and the food quality is just outstanding.
